We provide all the support necessary under the Cannabis Act, which now supersedes the Canadian Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR).
The ACMPR provides licensed producers a wide range of authorizations, including the possession, sale, shipping, destruction, production, and import and export of cannabis and its oil preparations for medical purposes. We do not provide any US-related services in the medical marijuana industry.
The license requirements include compliance with all applicable acts and regulations, including the ACMPR and the Good Production Practices regulations. Health Canada also requires you to submit an application or the license and undergo a site audit conducted by regulator.
